Silicone Gel H is medium consistency colourless paste, slightly opaque, translucent. Operating temperature range from -40°C to +210°C.
Silicone Gel H is used in the telecommunications industry, electronics, printing industry and in plastics processing.
The substances contained in the product comply with FDA regulations for NSF H1 (chapter 21 CFR 178.3570) for incidental contact with food.
- Silicone Gel H is not soluble in the following solvents: water, methanol, ethanol, glycerol, glycol, mineral oils. Resistant to acids and bases, including concentrated hydrochloric acid, nitric acid (V) and sodium hydroxide solution.
- Silicone Gel H is soluble in the following solvents: gasoline, petroleum ether, toluene, kerosene, methylene chloride. Is decomposed by concentrated sulfuric acid (VI).
- High resistance to electrical puncture.
- High water resistance - protection against corrosion of coated components.
- High resistance to compaction - the ability to use in dispensing machines.
